We pride ourselves on our callout to arrival time, and always visit based on your availability.
We know our Gledhill boilers so diagnosis is almost always guaranteed and because we hold most of the parts, the fix is usually applied on our first visit.

Excellent high quality service. We had an issue with the toilet and the water tank overflowing. Iqbal provided excellent service from the minute we called him, he arrived within the hour and solved the issue to a high quality. He also provided maintenance advice. Would highly recommend Rapid React Plumbing. For any issues in the future we will be using them!

Called about a non responsive boiler and was given some advice that saved me the call-out fee, hot water working again. knowledgable and honest, if my boiler needs further attention or parts I will be contacting rapidreactplumbing first. Highly recommend to call them if you have a boiler problem

I was fortunate to find Icky on the phone on Saturday as a couple had just moved into a flat & the most complicated of water heaters stopped working as all its components had corroded due to being left standing for over a year for a flat refurbishment. He agreed to come from Stratford to Acton the very next day Sunday and arrived at 12 he didn't leave till after 7pm after having changed all the components & some of them twice....kept saying he wouldn't charge me if he couldn't fix it which looked less likely as time went on... I was more than happy to pay him for trying so hard on a Sunday however to everybody's surprise he managed to sort it all out & the couple were delighted as was I ....the hot water worked and it is still working today Thursday .....I am positive that he was the only man in London that could have achieved this on a Sunday & I was extremely lucky to find him....To top it all he is a lovely kind man who is delightful to be with and I will definately be using him again whenever I need a water heater job doing or anything else that he is willing to do

A lovely, polite and professional gentlemen who fixed my shower problem very quickly. He was so kind and professional, identifying the problem and fixing it. Will definitely be calling him again for all other services!! If you have a problem call him!!!
